It is crazy cool how relevant Isaiah 3 is to our current national situation. The prophet is saying, among other things, that if we (the audience) will not do right, then...
- the REAL leaders who could help us would be taken from us...
- people with no experience or leadership ability (i.e. Obama, Palin...) will become leaders...
- the wealth of the poor will lie in the houses of the rich...
- and we will be really, really sorry...

Hmmm... we've tried amoral stupidity for a good while now... What if we were to repent and start doing right again?
